The entire staff has been soo amazing from start to finish. Alyssa went out of her way to help me in anyway possible. The Doctors were the best I have even met. They have changed my life! I am so grateful for what that have done to help me!

I remember coming in for a first consult (I paid for). They literally took my picture then used a photo editor to shrink my nose on my face and then showed me the image. Dr Dayan came in for about 1 minute and asked how serious I was about surgery then left. No plan. I think I was in there about 15 minutes one of which was with the Doc. It was laughable. Would not recommend due to huge red flag 🚩

I went to see Dr. Caughlin for my double chin and could not have had a better experience / results!! I received chin and neck liposuction and felt very comfortable through the process. It was completely painless, and bruising / swelling was not noticeable after a week. I would 100% recommend!

I had a wonderful experience seeing Selika for Lip Filler and Neuromodulator. The booking and check in process was seamless and there were staff who were ready to answer any questions I had. Selika's medical assistant, Leslie, was so nice and calming and walked me through the entire process. Her kind words made me feel confident and beautiful after my treatment. Selika is kind, gentle during treatment, calming, genuine and honest. I typically get tense for injectables, but this process was super easy and I was not nervous at all (I knew I had the best care)! Selika and the staff were extremely professional and I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. I already love my results so much!

I'm writing this on behalf of my husband who is disabled, because he is too embarrassed to put his name out there. He called their office and spoke with Ally, the "Surgical Treatment Designer". Before Ally understood the procedure that my husband needed, she was so very responsive and nice. She requested photographs and all kinds of personal information from my husband. After she was told that he only needed a chin implant revision, she followed-up with a short curt email telling him that it was too soon for my husband to have a revision surgery right now. Even though my husband was clear during their phone conversation that he wanted to have the revision procedure done in September. After Ally was clarified, she told us that she would run it by the Doctor again. Two weeks have passed, and it would appear that we have been ghosted by Ally. Apparently a little chin implant wasn't a big enough job for them, and this was her professional way to let us know that they aren't interested. Now we are wondering what they will do with all of his personal information that she requested. More importantly, one should ask themself if they underwent a surgery with this Doctor, and heaven forbid there was some sort of complication, would you get ghosted too?
