Basko Dermatology: Dr. Juliana Basko-Plluska

I came in for a spot on my stomach that my primary care doctor wanted checked out. That was nothing. However, Andrea recommended I get a full body check. I never would have done this otherwise. Thank goodness I did, as I had a small mole on the back of my leg that I never would have known was there. She biopsied it and it came back positive. Dr. Franco did a procedure to remove the area of skin and the hope is that all is good now. Patient care is impressive in this office and I appreciate all they've done.

I was seen previously and scheduled a follow up. When I got there, given that I had no current complaints, the nurses confirmed with me whether I actually want to be seen or not before proceeding with the appointment. Given that the provider never entered the room, there would be no charges until she did so, so they were courteous enough to see if I wanted to go through with it. They could have just followed through regardless, I would have paid, and even been satisfied (probably). But instead they gave me the chance to save some money since I didn’t really need anything. That’s the kind of integrity you can’t buy.

I have been a patient at Basko for three years now. Everyone I have come across or have had an interaction with has just been amazing. From check in to the medical staff is just great. I see Andrea Trombetta. She is very thorough and explains everything that she is doing. I don't feel rushed at all. She answers all my questions. I have great confidence in her and can't recommend Basko enough.

Dr Basko is the kindest Dermatologist I have ever been to. I have been to at least 6. She takes the time to actually talk to you about your concerns and treats you like an adult. She is also extremely competent. Her office is very efficient and the staff is also friendly.
