I have had nothing but a great experience at the West Frankfort facility!! PA Natyshok goes out of her way to work with my insurance and address my issues. The staff are great and they are always accommodating with my schedule!! I have absolutely no complaints!!

Everytime I've called,(different hours all throughout the week for the past 2 months now) they always immediatly put me on hold for about 7-11 minutes. I've been here before and went thru with their freezing multiple times and my seed wart still isnt gone.

This is the last person you want diagnosing you. he tried telling me I had cancer,was going to cut my face up. only I had the foresite to get a second opinion only to find out he was a liar and a fake I never had cancer,he was merely trying to make money off me. what a worthless so-called professional doctor. I bet if you look close enough you will see graduated from acme school of quacks!
