Annabelle and the entire Awaken Spa team went above and beyond! I suffer from a lysosomal storage disorder and floatation therapy helps manage my pain and anxiety. I had been floating elsewhere for about 4 years however due travel/availability, I could only float 4-5 times a year. I tried the float tank at Awaken Spa, but noticed something wasn't quite right - the temperature of the water & the room it was located were too hot and there was a light in the tank that would not shut off - these issues were preventing me from complete sensory deprivation which wasn't helping at all. I suggested that they send out a anonymous survey to other floaters (which they did) and the Awaken Team made some adjustments from the feedback. It is now PERFECT and I have been floating weekly - I can tell a huge difference in the way I feel. I am a huge advocate of floatation therapy! If you suffer from pain or anxiety - give it a try! Each session gets better and better.

I visited Awaken today for that of a hour float and 30 minute massage. I found the customer care and service to be top-notch, all encounters friendly, and informative! I very much felt a great sense of gratitude after the magnificent float and would highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a mental, physical, or spiritual reset! The massage was equally as relaxing, too. I wish I had caught the names of individuals who were present, aiding me in both services, but I did not; regardless, they all deserve kudos for their excellent customer service! I will certainly return for more floats!

I recently had lip filler by Joann and she used a cannula. Joann pays attention to detail and wants nothing more than to give her clients exactly what they want. The cannula was less painful than making several injections to the lips. And I am so happy with the way my lips look! Would have Joann work on me for anything!

Awaken Spa is a hidden gem in Madison County, and if you haven't already visited, you are missing out! The staff is exceptional, friendly, professional and kind. The services are above and beyond what you could expect from a small town. We utilize the float tank (membership is the way to go!), as well as the zero gravity massage chair (so lovely, and you can pay by the minute so you can get exactly as much as you need) and more. As a woman, extra hair is very uncomfortable, and the staff have helped make my experience with hair removal nothing short of amazing. The results speak for themselves, and there is no pain, scarring or anything negative to say. I can't recommend Awaken Spa enough, give them a shot. You will be THRILLED you did!
