The administrative staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and professional. Dr Swafford was friendly and caring and gave great advice. The nursing staff was also friendly checking me in, didn’t seem rushed to get to the next patient and was helpful giving instructions for skin care.

If less stars could be left I would definitely leave less.. The front desk staff was extremely rude and made a comment about my wife's face " saying don't you just feel great walking around with all of that", my wife has had two craniotomies and is still in recovery. The insensitivity of the front desk lady over the whole thing is very unprofessional and the need for comment is not necessary. My wife already feel self conscious and awkward enough with out a grown women to make childish inappropriate comments about it. Definitely will not return here.

Receptionist very rude. I was what kind of insurance I have. I told her. The lady said well we don’t accept HIP. I asked her what kind on insurance they take. She could not answer my question.

I have trusted the expertise of Dr. Mina Swofford for many years. I have always had regular check ups, she has always taken adequate time with my appointments. Appointments are always on time. She is a very compassionate doctor. Opens that door to come into appointments greeting you with a smile, first appointment of the day or last, she always has a greeting smile. Always helps her patients to be better. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of your patients.

Dr Swofford is very Kind and caring for her patients. She's always listend to my concerns about my skin and helped me get the results I wanted. She very knowledgeable and there's no other dermatologist I would see. I feel very comfortable with her and her staff I have started bringing my 2 children to her and will continue doing this. I've had no problems with billing or scheduling appointments and never came across a "rude" Dr or Staff member. This office is truly the best!
