Michigan City Dermatology & Vein Clinic

From the time I walked in to the time I left the building, I was amazed. The interior is beautiful (for a Dr office) & Clean, the front office staff were polite & courteous. In the back, all the professionals were extremely professional and funny. Dr. D was amazing and eased my fears with his humor & knowledge. My NP...I can't say enough great things about her! She's awesome! The MA I had is again, amazing! If you have been needing a great dermatology office, this is the place for you! Oh and the music choice is the best, keeps your mind occupied while procedures are going on. Thank you to all the employees for going above & beyond for all your patients!

I've been to the office for several reasons. It has always been a smooth, professional experience. I wish all Dr. offices operated the same way. Dr. Lanoisz is excellent. Excellent service from all staff! I have been in multiple times and have seen some of the attitudes the ladies at the front desk have to deal with. They are always polite on the phone, and always call to remind me of my appointments. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place will take your money and run!!! My sister had a mass removed and they made her pay out of pocket because they weren’t sure if insurance would pay. They told her they would reimburse her after it went through insurance. Well her insurance did pay and now they are refusing to reimburse her!!! She has called multiple times and still hasn’t received anything. It has been 9 months. Stay far away! It has to be illegal to receive double payment, or at least instance fraud?! ZERO STARS!
