well i had an appt to reduce scars from acne i had for about 6 months. I found root cause and do not get acne anymore. but needed help getting rid scars. she sat me down explained everything and had plan. we'll i got message today she cancelled my appt. theres no reason if ur in business for over 27 years to dent me for absolutely no reason if u specialize in skin treatments. especially the fact my scars where not deeply dark deep, they are very light. she made me follow a plan stop all face products and told me I could research the products she was going use on me. I asked her what the name of products where and she decided to cancel me. very odd and negative. I didn't need any extensive treatment. Just find this very odd. and not right. I'm a very kind person. Positive. But this. This was uncalled for and definitely not right. Right after I asked for product info she cancels me.

I would leave 10 stars if I could. Over the past 6 months, I have not ever been close to completing a full Brazilian because of the pain. Somehow with Suzanne, I was able to complete a Brazilian! She is really a resourceful esthetician. She knows her stuff. She knows all about what kind of wax to use on certain areas, and how to stretch the skin to get all of the hair. Suzanne even gave me an exfoliating brush to use before my next appointment, and I think that that probably helped as well. I've had a really great experience while receiving service. Very knowledgeable woman and I appreciate her work.

Suzanne is the best! Her place is clean and she always makes me feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. We also have great conversations, I just love her!

This is a wonderful place! I went in for a maternity Brazilian wax about a week before my due date. I was very scared but all my fears were put to rest and I was very happy with the turn out.

Professional, funny, cares about your skins health. Always trying to make sure she stays in the no about new waxes and techniques. Simply love her and the service she provides.
