I love Ulta. Even though I spend far more than I plan to. But they have such a great selection of quality products. There's always someone you can ask for help concerning just about anything.

Need something now. No time to wait for Amazon delivery. This is the place. Finny helped me find the stuff I needed. Exactly what I was looking for. Finny got on her phones, worked her magic ✨ I got got exactly 💯 what I wanted. Go in and ask for Finny she will make it happen. Give that beautiful young lady a raise y'all.

I went into this location with my spouse. She wanted to pick a fragrance for me. The associates were very helpful in store. My spouse picked out a fragrance. "we don't have it can I order it?" I went to a brick and mortar store for a reason. Very dissatisfied I can go to sephora or Mac.

This Ulta location is very nice. Its clean, well organized and the staff are really friendly and helpful. A few years ago, they had some customer service issues but they have greatly improved their service to their customers. I felt welcomed and seen. My recent visit was to the salon for a clipper cut. I never realized how nice their salon set up is. It was very clean and enough room to social distance. The young lady who cut my hair was so nice and professional. She made sure to ask me along the way, how I liked it cut and was this okay. She did a great job considering this was my first time going to her. About a week before my most recent visit, I went to Ulta for some finishing powder and the associate suggested one made by Morphe and I really like it. I will be back and I would recommend this location. They have a lot of product selection, good customer service, a well kept store and fair prices.

Both Michelle and Karley in the Michigan City IN store have been awesome any time I shop. They both go out of their way to help, and are so pleasant.
