A horrible experience, today I went for skin tags removal, the nurse didn't wash her hands and she did not wear gloves, I felt uncomfortable. My point is, I booked my appointment with a doctor, but they told me that only the nurse perform this service so it was change. Their procedure is so painful, first, she marks then she started to use a syringe to numb the area. I immediately told her to stop, and I left. I had been going there for my facials and I buy my products, I will never go back to Etage Laser, Very disappointed.

Emily Kissel is a genius! I’ve been working with Emily for over a year to remove a badly botched brow job I got years ago (from Victoria Henderson—remember that name). Emily is the consummate professional. She has amazing technical and artistic skills and is a sweetheart of a human being. We have finally completed removal and are working on my final beautiful brows. I can hardly wait. I have total confidence in Emily’s work!

I wanted permanent eyeliner due to chronic dry eye (my eyes water a lot and ruin my makeup!) I was referred by my Optomitrist to Etage. They are in the same building with surgeons. The eyeliner was applied by an RN in two separate appointments, after getting a test for allergy behind my ear. Emily made me feel so at ease and was very professional and answered all of my questions. The office, lobby, and exam room was very clean and the location is convenient to all of northern Kentucky. I have recommended them to my friends and would definitely go back again.

I love Etage...everyone that I've dealt with from office staff to the aestheticians are highly skilled, helpful and caring. I highly recommend Etage for any of the services they provide. The location in Edgewood is also very easy to get to, and plenty of parking. Also the costs are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the skills, and the professionals they employ!

Anna has done an amazing job with transforming my brows! She’s the best!
