After years of going here, I feel very disrespected. I had to reschedule a hair appointment and couldn’t get in for a month, which I understood because my hairdresser (Taylor) books appointments far in advance. When the day of my hair appointment approached, I was called ONE day before stating my appointment was canceled because Taylor is no longer there but they could reschedule me. Why should I wait another month to be rescheduled when they should’ve called me in advance to do this? I feel as a client that’s been going here for a while, they should’ve communicated better with me and found a way to squeeze me on the schedule. Don’t expect the best customer service and respect.

I’m usually very nervous to go get my hair done at salons. I’m the type to cut and style my hair at home. But Violet my hairdresser and the staff made me feel so comfortable. Violet was very nice and makes great conversation! And I won’t forget about my hair, I absolutely love it! It turned out way better than I imagined! I will recommend this place to any friends or family looking for a salon. Here are my before and after pictures.

I was truly impressed by the excellent service level I have received. I felt truly taken care of & appreciated by the staff present. I think the beauty analysis is a great addition to the appointment. Violet was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my hair! She definitely earned my business and I will be going there for my haircuts etc from now on.

This was an awesome experience! Very warm and relaxed environment, yet very informative and professional. My stylist was Abby, and after giving me a tour and explaining their services, she also did a one-on-one consultation to talk in detail about any concerns I had with my hair. It has a brittle texture, and I wanted better hair care and a style I could manage. She explained and introduced me to a few products, including a shampoo and conditioner made just for sensitive scalps. She also introduced me to a product for split end treatments. We agreed on these for my hair, and they were awesome! After a great shampoo / massage , my hair felt great! Nice haircut and style , with the Brazilian split end treatment, and my hair never looked so good! I appreciated the professional advice ! She took the time to make this all about me as a person , not just another customer! Thank you! I would highly recommend Zoe Grace Salon and Abby to my friends!

Elise spent so much time working on my curly hair, it looks and feels so good! She listened to my concerns and offered great solutions and a stylish cut. This salon is really cute and staff is super nice. My 15 year old also gets her hair cut here and has for years.
