I had an appointment on April 22nd for botox injections for migraines. I was ready because the first round wore off, maybe a week before. I got there and had to wait over 45 minutes in the waiting room and longer in the room. When the NP comes in, he tells me he's sorry, but it's too soon for injections, and I had to wait until June 12th. I wasn't having that, and since he couldn't talk me out of it, he gets the doctor to come in and talk to me. When he couldn't convince me, he got the office manager to talk to me. She gives me a lie that my insurance would only allow every three months. The NP told me my only option was some pills that are for blood pressure but are supposed to help with migraines. Pretty much take it or leave it. I checked with my insurance company, and they said it was the doctor who did a prior authorization for every three months. ALL THREE OF THEM LIED TO ME!! Because they were too lazy to do another prior authorization to get me in sooner. I really don't want to go back, to be honest. They totally dismissed my pain and didn't care about me one bit. I work in healthcare, and I would NEVER treat patients the way they treated me. I'm looking for another doctor who actually cares about me and doesn't lie to me. Now I'm vomiting again because of my migraines, and they want me to wait another month and a half. That's not happening. I rather find another doctor. I have a serious problem being lied to by them. I'm looking for another doctor as we speak. I think the medical state board should hear about this. I have them in my contacts.

I brought a family member after being referred, by other doctors, to this establishment. We arrived on time, actually early and still- we waited TWO hours from the appointment time to even be seen by the nurse practitioner. By the time the appointment was finished, they were getting ready to close. Locked the doors and turned the lights off before while we were in the restroom after waiting so long. In a rush to get off work, but no regards to how long their patients have to wait. In addition, the NP performed no actual tests,

Dr. Gauthier is the type of specialist who sincerely cares, and really hears you. That can sometimes be rare… I have been a patient of his for about 7.5/8 years and I’ve not experienced any Lupus related health issues that weren’t immediately and carefully addressed. I drive an hour from where I live now to see him. If you are looking to find a doctor that has a genuine bedside manner, is good natured, honest, and caring, look no further. Your quality of life really depends on the providers you trust to manage your chronic illnesses…. So don’t make the mistake of seeing “whoever,” or scheduling with “just anyone;” call NorthOaks today, and if he’s seeing new patients… ask to schedule with Dr. Gauthier! Dr Gauthier is very good. Told me had osteoarthritis. I asked about my fingernails having ridges because of arthritis. He showed me on computer picture of fingernails with holes caused by rheumatoid arthritis. He looked on computer & told me to get turmeric to help with joint pain since I can't take meloxicam cause of my heart & acid reflux issues. He's a happy person. I didn't feel like he was rushing with me.

Went here because I had an abnormal ct scan Dr Murr was very nonchalant about it he order another scan and prescribed a medication that would take weeks to relieve the headache second scan came back abnormal as well but I never heard anything from him or his staff.
