SLENT

This was my first visit to this ENT facility to discuss my hearing loss due to otosclerosis. Everyone, including the sweet receptionist was very kind and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. I was seen promptly. The office was clean and tidy. Dr. Cooper was very professional and took his time discussing all options. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Mathew Cooper is the best I ever had in my life. 11/20/2024 he performed a very difficult and complex surgery on my right ear removing a big cyst ,implanting a titanium hearing bone and a new eardrum which took 4,5 hours on the operating table. He is an outstanding surgeon and a very caring and compassionate doctor.

I was delighted with the way they treated me and answered my questions. Also, I hope you all Hearing Aid is top quality. I bought some from a different company; they were very knowledgeable. Also, when I purchased the hearing Aid, they did not stand behind it; it was a top brand at that time, which was three years ago. I never used it more than maybe one day after three years. I am praying that I get better results than I have with the other company. It would be unfair to them if the company were also costly. That being said, I guess I have high hopes.

Dr Dunnington at the Hammond SLENT Location always has such patience with me regarding regarding my hearing devices and making sure I fully understand how to pair with my phone; quick tips and reminders about changing modes while I'm moving from one hearing environment to another out in the world.
