Dr Harvey has a great bedside manner and seems to know her stuff. However when she removed a cyst from my head she left me with an untrained assistant who brought in another person. Neither knew how to bandage the site and sent me home. Last time I had this procedure it was bandaged and I found it to be more comfortable and it contained the blood. I feel she should have spent another 5 minutes to train the assistant who was clearly new and could have used some orientation
