First visit. Scheduling was easy. I was checked in promptly and called back in about 10 minutes. However, I waited 25 minutes in the room for Dr Harvey. She was nice, but it felt like she had not reviewed my paperwork explaining why I was there. She listened as I explained, but didn't ask any follow up questions. She seemed to minimize my concerns without offering any real solutions. She gave me an Rx for one issue, but didn't address my other concerns, other than suggest using Vaseline on my face at night. I made the appointment because my skin is suddenly hyper sensitive and I'm struggling to moisturize it since suddenly everything I try irritates my face. I explained that I found a product that is tolerable, but doesn't resolve my issue. I went in hoping to find out what's causing all of this, and left with no answers. Very disappointing

This was a return visit. Last time I was there was 2022. The staff is friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was easy. Also, the doctors are personable and professional. I will be back if needed. Keep up the good work team!!

Anna was prompt,efficient and thorough. She went right to work with treatment and made sure I understood what she was doing and made follow up instructions clear. I would definitely see her again if needed.

Dr Chew was awesome. When so many other practices have you do an intake appointment first, it was very reassuring to speak directly to an MD about my concerns during my appointment!

I was a bit nervous going in but all the staff were lovely and efficient! Dr. Chew was friendly and very helpful. Fastest appointment I’ve experienced :)
