Dr. Adams’ care was exceptional! Her kindness, patience, and thoroughness was top tier! As a mom watching her daughter encounter an unknown skin irritation was troubling, but Dr. Adams truly brought comfort with her caring approach. I never felt like a number on of her caseload but a person whom she was genuinely concerned about. Even her receptionist was pleasant, organized and helpful! Thank you to the entire team! Keep up the great work!

So nice! The office was very clean and organized and I didn’t have to wait too long for my appointment! I left feeling hopeful for my skin and excited for my next visit!

Dr Adams seemed very interested and caring. Mask policy is off-putting. Patient info on line takes way too long to fill out and is not user friendly. Once you get past that I would recommend her.

Pros: Dr. Adams is a pleasant doctor, has an equally pleasant staff, provides thorough explanations, and seems to be very dedicated as she even works on Saturdays and helps her staff with the phone lines, staff is usually great at returning voicemails Cons: Dr. Adams does not respond to portal messages in a timely manner if at all, the patient portal is not user-friendly and very restrictive (you can't see your test results, can't request refills, etc), Dr. Adams usually avoids same-day treatments/procedures which is annoying for patients with tight schedules, seems to lean towards conservative, slow and steady treatment versus aggressive, targeted treatment, her staff is not allowed to help with much else besides making appointments and collecting payments, long wait times even when you're on-time or early, and the office has little to no OTC or Rx samples available I’ve also noticed there are no office responses to any of the reviews, especially the negative ones. Unusual. Overall disappointed as a patient. pleasant voices aren't enough. As a former dermatology MA, I know this place can and should be better than what it is! I just feel forgotten, Idk, maybe my insurance isn't good enough to be treated right.
