"Stop using medical words! When you gut a chicken... when you gut a turkey....". THOSE WERE HIS EXACT WORDS. He talks about "gutting" something just prior to my surgery he is 3 hours late to show up to. I am a medical coder and have a doctorate in medical. I am not a surgeon. Bizarre, gruesome and cruel behavior from Carpenter.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled months in advance for my appo. Inhave referred several people for eye bfow microblading and I was refused my appointmenf when I left 2.5 hrs early for appt. Loss wages and didn't get my services. Nothing they felt needed to be done to help myself and my loss time all because there offics scheduled me wrong. I will never go hear again and I refuse to recommend people again. Worst service and so unprofessional.

Dr Carpenter did thumb joint surgery on a on old injury that impaired my hand functioning for years. Incredible! I have full motion, function and no pain at all now! Thank you!
