I had to stop going here. At one point I was so happy with the care my son received I started going there, as did my dad and sister. I can’t say that anymore. The worst was my dad because they have the mindset that older people need to be on hospice. No respect for others wishes, just worried about their own outcomes. It got to the point that I couldn’t go to my own appointments without being badgered about it. Getting prescriptions and things like that were usually a hassle but I wouldn’t have switched just because of that.

I normally have no issues but recently service has not been great. Needed a test to start classes was told to arrive at 8:30. When I got there they didn’t have me in the system, receptionist got me signed in and said they will be with me in a few minutes….. 45 minutes later a nurse comes out and tells me they don’t have the test there today… they did call the Frostburg primary care for me and they have it…. Frostburg Primary Care was very nice but I had to wait again making me late getting back to work….. UPMC needs to do better!!

Nobody answers telephone when I call. They aren't very thorough in their exams. They brush you off when they don't know the answer to your questions
