On hold for over 40 minutes. First secretary lied in how insurance would be billed. Actual appointment misgendered me on every piece of paper. Tried to charge a consult fee without going through insurance. Would never go back.

I’ve been going to this office for many, many years and have always had a good experience. Today I saw Tasha for the first time and I will say I’ve never seen someone in this office so arrogant and dismissive. I have heard others say the same, most who refuse to go back to this office due to that, but was hoping I wouldn’t have the same experience. The first thing I was told was they don’t deal with my issue, I was seen in this office for many years for the same thing, and then when I wanted to address other things I was treated like I was an inconvenience. In the end my other issues were not addressed and I left without scheduling any future appointments as I would rather travel than to be treated the way I was. I only give two stars due to the woman that took me back, she was extremely friendly and helpful. However I highly do NOT recommend this office. Which breaks my heart after years, 10+ years, of amazing treatment.

I have been coming to this office for years; I am on a biologic and need yearly TB testing which is mandatory which is great as my employer also requires this. However, I have never had any healthcare facility make it so difficult to get a clearly written document on my results given to me. The staff on the nurses side treat me like I’m such a burden- why would you treat your patients this way? They need training in customer service tbh.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. My last 2 appointments the staff and the physician were rude and dismissive. I overheard them negatively talking about the patients. I would not reccomend.

Terrible Service! Billing is outrageous!! I have AMAZING insurance. Paid $75 for an appointment which then gets dispersed for CO PAY and so one which I have NO problem with. I went into the appointment. They froze two things on my hand off, checked my body for other things and I left! HOW THE HECK do you still send me a Bill for $70+ still owed!!!!! Highway robbery 100% I could have gotten a wart remover and did that myself at home!!!
