Dr. Rosenberg’s medical experience is highly regarded and his procedure explanations are clear and concise which is very helpful. He is willing to answer any and all questions you may have. It was a horrible experience from unprofessional staff to a doctor who talked down to me. It took 2 hours to see the doctor. My elder mother and I were waiting in the room for a very long time before I finally went to the front desk to ask if we are going to be seen and if I can get copies of her medical records. I was told that we cannot get our medical records until a doctor signs off on it. They could not tell me if the doctor will sign off on the records or not. I was told I can not get money back for the cost of appointment even if I am not seen. When the office manager came out, she started telling me how they are short staffed, and someone had a baby and COVID. I do not understand why she was telling me personal life stories of her staff. Long story short, the doctor finally came out just to literally turn around and walked away from me to go to see another person! When the doctor finally became available 2 hours later, he started talking down to me like I am 5 years old. He asked me to look him into his eyes when he talks to me!!!! What was that??? I have no idea. I was never so disrespected in my entire life. Never mind I had a surgery on my eyes 3 days earlier and I was wearing special medical glasses and if that doctor went to a medical school, he should have recognized it. Regardless, no one ever talked to me this way. In any case that was rude and unprofessional. The doctor spent ridiculous amount of time talking down to me and telling me long stories about his other patients. The doctor also told me that he did not like how I was not properly translating what he was saying to my mother. That was a ridiculous statement. How does he know what I was saying? Also, she speaks English, and she understood what he was saying without me translating. Again, even my mother felt insulted. That was unprofessional. The entire experience was ridiculous. I was talked down to, disrespected, yelled at and I had to wait 2 hours for an appointment which was useless. I will never be back.

I recently had 5 procedures done at Capitol Vein & Laser Centers in Frederick. They were very professional and efficient. Everything that needed to be done was explained to me and as the procedures were in progress I was told what was happening and how it would feel. The group was also on time!!
