Reception was very pleasant and actually humorous but efficient. Wait to see the technician was minimal Vital questions regarding problem were asked and then then the PA came in to see me. She looked at my head and then discussed with me what she felt my problem was and how to try to solve it I was very pleased with gist and the personnel that I saw.

Parking was terrible. There were no available spots. I had to drive around for 10 minutes until one finally became available. The front door was broken and slammed me from behind. Very dangerous for elderly folks. The check in line was 5 people deep and only one check in receptionist. Despite that, the receptionist was calm and friendly.

I cannot express how much I love this practice and the staff. We see Heather and she is the most amazing PA. We have also seen Persephone for my son’s skin peels. We will be trying micro needling soon to help with his scars.
