U.S. Dermatology Partners Frederick

I am a new patient of Dr. Bilcha, and I had a great experience on my first appointment. Starting with front secretary to the doctor's assistant to the doctor himself. Every body was very professional, welcoming, and explained with detail to make sure I understood the process. The doctor may me feel that I matter by taken the time to explain the pros and cons of my issue, and gave me good options.

I waited over 30 minutes to be seen when I was early for my assigned appointment time. They had a very loud tv with a violent and graphic show on in the waiting room (loud gun shots, blood etc). Just unpleasant all around. Unfortunately, my insurance requires a referral and this is the place that accepts that referral so I don’t have an option to choose a more peaceful and timely office. Was told at the end of my appointment they just forgot to put me in the queue.

I recently had an appointment at this dermatology office, and while the front staff and medical assistant were friendly and helpful, my experience with the dermatologist was disappointing. The dermatologist seemed incredibly rushed and seemed as though she was more interested in moving on to the next patient, rather than providing a thorough exam. If you want to see a dermatologist that listens to and offers personalized care for patients, see someone else because Kristina Trunnell does not. I understand that doctors can be busy, but the rushed nature of my visit left me feeling as though my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet my expectations for quality patient care, and I will be seeking another dermatologist for future visits.

I am a new patient and didn't know what to expect, I was received a friendly and professional greeting. Didn't have to wait long before shown to an examination room. Kristina and her nurse came into the room, we discussed why I was there and she performed the necessary procedure. I was very impressed with all the staff and the care I received. I highly recommend the practice.

Dr Bilcha and his staff was not responsive enough to work with me to provide me with enough medication to get to a new location and setup appointments with follow-on doctors. There were issues such as new insurance plan and required referrals, but the office was not proactive enough to assist. I also needed prior authorization but it was not provided to my insurance company. Bottom line is the staff and the doctor was not responsive enough to help me.
