Linda gave me an amazing facial. She took time to analyze my skin explaining my skincare needs, answering my questions and educating me on different products that could be used to treat the issues I brought up. She also did painless extractions that did not leave any swelling or marks, which is not the case when I do them myself. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and enjoys helping people look and feel their best. I have already recommended her to several friends and scheduled a follow up appointment before I left the office.

I went in for a cosmetic procedure March of 2024 for which the office stated was not covered by my insurance. I paid $250 at the time of the procedure to cover the cost out of pocket. One year later I received a bill in the mail for a copay through my insurance and realized the office also billed my insurance company for the same procedure. I called the office to clarify the charges and was met with the most unpleasant and unprofessional receptionist Natalie, she argued about the charges and then stated that the office manager would call me to clarify and abruptly hung the phone up on me. I tried calling back multiple times to make sure she had the correct cell phone number to reach me on but she would immediately put me on hold and send me to the voicemail system, the fifth time she actually answered and I was able to relay my information for the return call, she then asked “are we done now” and again hung up the phone. Front line staff can make or break a good practice and I will definitely never return here for any reason.

Dr. Steele was very thorough! She was also extremely pleasant and caring. I would highly recommend her. The best part is I didn’t have to wait months for an appointment!

I recently visited the office and had a wonderful experience thanks to the efficient staff and friendly staff. One person who truly made an impression on me was Physician Assistant Jennifer Whitman. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Jennifer’s professionalism shines through in everything she does. She took the time to listen to my concerns, making sure I felt heard and understood. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. Her extensive knowledge in her field is impressive, but what really stood out to me was how she communicated that knowledge. She took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me, addressing my questions with thoughtful and insightful feedback. I left the appointment feeling not only informed but also confident in the care I received. I can't recommend Jennifer enough—she truly goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel comfortable and cared for.

I have only been going to this practice for less than one year, but my experience has been very good. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable: Monica, Dr. Andrea Steel, Kristin are very supportive, and listen to my concerns and addressing them. This practice coordinates with your pharmacy, and ensures you are well taken care of. Dr Steel is very thorough, informative, kind, and very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have seen Dr. Steel about three times over the past year, and she is always personable, professional, and listens. Highly-recommend!
