Linda St. Jean, Esthetician…I have been going to her for almost 6 months. She is their new aesthetician in this practice. She is amazing! She completely understands what is best for patients and knows how specific treatments help improve complexions. She also educates while she’s performing treatments. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I’m so happy with every service I have received from her and am continuing to learn from her as well regarding my face and complexion. I always leave there looking and feeling so much younger!

I have been going to this practice for years, and currently see Dr. Rothman. The front desk is very welcoming, everyone who answers the phone is extremely helpful, and the checkout process is easy. Dr. Rothman is wonderful. She explains everything, offers alternatives when appropriate, and is clearly committed to the best interests of the patient. I always look forward to my visits there.

Went to see Dr Steele and my experience was way above expectations. I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken right away. Dr Steele has the best bedside manner and couldn't have been any nicer. She spent a good amount of time with me and all of my concerns and explained everything in detail as to what she was doing and what to expect after I left. I received a follow up call from Monica and she was just as exceptional! And then another from Dr Steele. I would highly recommend this practice if you want to be treated like a human instead of cattle like my previous dermatologist. Too bad I can only rate 5 stars, they deserve 10 easily.

I've been to Dr. Ford several times now. While the reception staff were not especially warm my first couple of visits, they did manage to accommodate me as a new patient with shingles on my face. I have received a warm reception since then. I'm happy to report that Dr. Ford's professionalism and patient care are top notch. She is compassionate, efficient, and helpful.

Arrived early for an appointment. Wasn’t taken back to the room until 15 minutes after the originally scheduled appointment time. Once in the room, had to wait another 15 minutes without a single person stopping in the room to apologize or update me on what was taking so long. When I asked Dr. Ford if a 30 minute lag time between scheduled appointment and actually being seen was to be expected, she said it was about normal. So, expect a 30 minute delay between your actually scheduled time of appointment and actually being seen by Dr. Ford.
