AA Urology Greenbelt Surgery Center

I had an Ureteroscopy surgery to remove an oversized stone yesterday. Dr. Patel and his staff were great! They all made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The procedure was explained in detail from the pre-op to recovery. Dr. Patel answered every question I asked. The procedure was quick. I have very minimal pain that feel like minor menstrual cramps, some bleeding and it hurts a little when I urinate. I was finally able to get a good night's sleep without all the tossing and turning I did prior to surgery. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff for making me feel better.

This is the most unprofessional surgical clinic I have ever dealt with. Every time here I have waited 4-5hrs before being seen and had to leave and come back the following day on one occasion. They even called while we were sitting in the waiting room for 3hrs to say that we missed the appointment and would we like to reschedule? The staff and Drs are nice enough but this place is severely mismanaged!!! We go to the one in Annapolis without issues but this Greenbelt location is horrible.

All staff and Dr. Biles very professional. Explained procedure clearly. Minimal pain - not too bad except to urinate.

This place is top notch without a doubt. Very caring atmosphere and very organized and efficient. I can't say enough good things about my surgical experience and the entire staff.

Matt Heavner and his team was such a pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly and supper efficient. Thank you all very much for all you do.
