The facility itself is spacious and clean. The front desk staff were really nice and personable. The check-in tablet was efficient and easy to use. I can only speak for my experience with Dr. Best which was less than ideal. Although nice, she ignored a lot of my concerns. And I felt like I had to beg for treatment. I have these pimples on my lip that she assessed as oil glands. “It just happens.” And her advice was to just leave them alone. I had to reiterate multiple times that it has been four months and I want them gone for her to just give me some samples for over the counter cream. She also declined seeing the photos I took when the oil glands were bigger. She did prescribe a cream for dry skin on my feet but ignored my medical history when it came to a toenail issue. She kept focusing on how I broke my toenail 10 years ago as if that is an explanation for its condition today, after years of being healed. Ultimately, she instructed I see a podiatrist. I found this appointment to be a waste of time and money.

Great location, plenty of parking and elevators. The staff was very attentive, professional and very easy to schedule follow up appointment. PA Scaduto was very nice, gave us the answers we been looking for years and listened to us carefully. 10/10 definitely recommend the facility.

Dr. Lacartia Best is the most thorough, pleasant, and caring dermatologist I have ever seen in my 74 years. When you leave the office you know concerns have been listened to and been addressed. Her ability to leave you feel more peaceful is truly a talent.

Would give a 0 stars if I could. My first appointment was cancelled without any reason give. On the day, of my rescheduled appointment, I was called and asked if I could come in earlier. I attempted to leave my job earlier to accommodate but arrived to my 3:45 appointment at 3:48 and was told I couldn't be seen. 0 respect for my time after driving 50 mins there. I would not recommend this office or Dr. Lacartia Best.

Very frustrating experience. As you know seeing a specialist with certain kinds of insurance is a bunch of hoops to jump through, and I finally get an appointment. Dr Best spent about a minute with me and mentioned she preferred mail order pharmacies, but I already had given my local pharmacy and thought it'd be sent there--I don't get medications in the mail if I can help it because things have gone missing before, it's not reliable for me. Lo and behold the prescription was sent to some place called "BlinkRx" and if you look at their reviews they have a 1 star rating with people talking about things like no way to remove payment methods or turn off auto refills and charged crazy fees. When I called to ask to have it sent to my local pharmacy, they told me it was only covered through BlinkRx, which... No thanks?? So now I have to find a new office and get ANOTHER prescription from a place that isn't going to rip me off. Staff was all very nice but if you value your time, go somewhere else.
