Lindsey did my BBL on my face. She made sure I was comfortable and explained even she was doing. It was a great experience with great results. Highly recommend!

My husband had a very disheartening experience. First, trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone is a nightmare. Second, after my husband expressed his concern of a recommended medication, the staff laughed at him and dismissed his concerns. We made it clear in the messaging system we would not return and cancel all upcoming appointments. Today, my husband was called and told he was being charged a $50 no show fee. Absolutely ridiculous after written communication that we would not return due to our concerns.

Dr. Sani helped me with a surgery, and he was great. DR. Mitchell has also assisted me in the past. Both doctors were amazing.

I love the staff but unfortunately it’s so aggravating each time you call. I’ve placed four calls today, to try to change an appointment. I waited over 20 minutes on the 667 area code number. Now, I’m at over 15 minutes on the 443 area code number! It’s simply unacceptable!!

I had the worst experience with the PA, Jennifer Bacher. She prescribed a medication to me, and I was severely allergic to it. My face was red, dry, irritated, and peeling. I ended up went to the urgent care, and the nurse was very surprised the medication was prescribed by my dermatologist, because most people have reactions to the medication. I tried to call the office five times on one day, but no one picked up the phone. She is not qualified to be a PA and needs to apologize to her patient. Do not book an appointment with her.
