Plastic Surgery Services: Dr. Henry F. Garazo

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my facelift, and I can't thank Dr. Garazo and his staff enough. They were fantastic from beginning to end. Angela walked me through the initial stages, explained everything and answered my questions quickly. The staff is friendly and welcoming to everyone, which puts you at immediate ease. Dr. Garazo is personable, answers questions and addresses concerns as you move through the process. I highly recommend Dr. Garazo and his staff for plastic surgery. In the meantime, I have come to rely on Dr. Garazo for botox treatments...also a must for those lines and wrinkles.

I got a breast augmentation done by Dr .Garazo and I can’t even express how happy I am with his amazing work. He listened to what I wanted done and he delivered exactly that. His office staff was so wonderful so kind and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend his office for all your needs.

The best experience! I called Angela about a year ago and finally went forward with scheduling my surgery in October. As soon as I came into the office I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist which instantly made me comfortable. The consult was with the nurse Stephanie and Angela who were so patient (I had alot of questions) they gave me all the information I needed to feel confident in my decision. Angela also shared all the financing options which I really appreciated. The surgical staff was beyond gentle and clearly tenured which eased my nerves. Lastly but not least Dr. Garazo delivered EXACTLY what I requested. It was minimal pain and clear pre/post op instructions which created amazing results. Overall I have reached out to several offices before making a decision and this one stood out to me because they go above and beyond there’s no pressure or being rushed they really care about their patients. Plus I believe the in office surgical operatory sets them apart from others. It was a major bonus for me considering hospitals scare me quite a lot. No regrets! Go for it and invest in yourself thank you Dr. Garazo and team!!

I’m an oncology RN. I care for cancer patients daily including those who have suffered breast cancer and required breast reconstruction after mastectomy. I myself have a history of mitral valve heart disease and had open heart surgery at age 42 leaving a large scar in midline of my chest. I sought Dr. Garazo’s expertise to “correct [this] deformity resulting from a previous therapeutic intervention”; which is a service covered under my insurance plan. I did my research to find that Dr. Garazo is a participating provider in my insurance network. I was reminded to bring my insurance cards to my appointment. However, I was later informed that I would need to pay for service out of pocket and submit the insurance claim myself and the doctor does not work with insurance in these cases. I had to request my medical records no less than 4 times and was denied the tax ID number required by the insurance company to initiate the claim within the portal as the office deems this number “private”. I am very pleased with the outcome of my procedure overall; however when I did call with a concern about my incision it took the nurse 2 days to call me back. Overall, I see Dr. Garazo as an opportunistic surgeon. He is uninterested in helping those who have had medical misfortunes that negatively impact their appearance and are less likely to have the financial ability to have procedures without the help of insurance. If I had this to do again, I’d seek out someone with greater compassion for others and willing to work with insurance plans.

I had a great first- time experience at Dr. Garazo’s Plastic Surgery Center, I highly recommend. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very thorough (Juliana, Allison, and Angela). Dr. Garazo had a great bedside manner and delivered amazing botox results! I will be returning. Thank you!
