Fantastic experience. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. The office is very clean & calming, and I could watch Netflix during the procedure! I had tried cool sculpting years ago, but cool sculpting elite is a game changer! Some discomfort but totally tolerable. After just one round of the unlimited package, I can already see a difference. Definitely no regrets for giving it another chance.

Dr. Ashruf and all of his staff are so amazing! Great customer service, goes above and beyond for any/all needs through the process of procedure. Office is beautiful and very clean, also in a great location.

I came here due to post infamatory pigmentation on my face. The doctor did the laser treatment on my face to lighten the pigment. The procedure was slightly painful and afterwards my face felt so hot. The next day I had burns on my cheeks. So big. I returned to the office and they said it was normal and my skin will be lighter once the burns heal. My skin started to fall off. Pink skin exposed. When my face healed I had obvious scars that looked like a laser burn. The office never did anything for me. And I’ve had burns on my face ever since.

I just turned 60 and was feeling lumpy and frumpy. For years I’ve maintained my weight through somewhat healthy eating and moderate exercise, but over the past year the loose fat rolls began creeping up. I would never consider surgery or liposuction, but thought I’d try CoolSculpting. I had consultations at three establishments. I chose Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of Maryland because the initial consultation with Dr. Ashruf and Farah was much more detailed and gave me the confidence that the procedure was safe (very important) and would be done in a way to get the best results. I’m halfway through the process and I’m amazed. My back is smoother at the waist and bra line and my abdomen is tighter above and below my belly button. I’ve already started wearing my more fitted clothing again. I also did the EMSculpt, to build muscle and reduce the underlying fat in my abs. I’m amazed at how firm my abs already look and feel. I haven’t experienced any downtime after the sessions. I continue my daily routines, including yoga, spin class and gardening. I’ve also become more motivated to take better care of my body through exercise and healthy eating. I can’t wait to see the final results!

I had upper blepharoplasty in November 2023. I am 6 months post surgery and I am very happy with my results. The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The facility was clean and welcoming.
