I had a good experience here. The staff-from front desk to nurse and medical clinicians- is incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. I thought I was going to have to pay a fortune as I thought I had lost my parking ticket-and everyone was so kind in trying to help me, it meant a lot (it’s something that might seem minor, but really resonates with patient care). I ended up finding my parking ticket 😮‍💨 and I wanted to leave them a good review and also let them know I found the ticket (yay)! Definitely glad I found this place.

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. Upon checking in for my appointment, the front desk staff lost my personal ID and insurance card. I was provided the office managers contact information to inquire about reimbursement for replacement of the lost items and despite several phone calls, voicemails and messages, I still have not received a call back regarding this issue, months later. I even requested assistance from the finance department, and they too have been unable to connect me with the office manager to be reimbursed for my lost items.

VERY DISORGANIZED AND DISAPPOINTING!! I don’t even make reviews!! Don’t let the 5 stars fool you !! They would LOVE to get you out of their way as fast as possible. I booked an appointment for 3:20, waited 35 mins, around 3:55. I asked them what’s taking so long they said they’re experiencing a back up and it should take up to 30 - 45 mins until we get to you. I TOLD THEM I’ll be right back!! I use the bathroom at 4:00, come back around 4:15 and they said they thought I left. I drove 3 hours for this appointment just for them to be late on my time and then cancel my appointment in the same room! That was a total slap in the face and they did not care an inch. I’m not bringing any business to people like that.

Was told at appointment referral was not received. Monday 10am appointment. According to Tricare it was sent twice. I was told by the front desk lady it’s our responsibility to know it the referral was received as if I would know if I wasn’t told. She also didn’t let me I wouldn’t be seen until referral was faxed. The male front desk spoke with Tricare so it’s not like they didn’t know it was on the way. This was my first time in this office and I’m not impressed with the service. I will try another office.

Got an appointment the same day I called but had to wait a little longer than I expected. Dr. Garcia was great when she came in -- very personable and on point. Her advice and scrips seem to be working and I would see her again.
