By far my favorite beauty supply store. Good selection of products at good prices. I’ve always had a pleasant experience shopping here. Today I received a little holiday gift with my purchase. Nice!

I absolutely love the Oxon Hill location! The customer service is excellent, and the store is always clean, organized, and peaceful. They have everything I need as a hairstylist, plus they offer a discount for cosmetologists! I’ve been coming here for a while now and have even built great friendships with the staff.

I've been coming to this beauty supply store for at least 10 years now because they have the best selection in the DMV, but their customer service was not the best. I'm not sure if they've changed management or if they've had some classes on customer service but I went there this morning and today was by far my best experience. Miss Won over in the human hair bundles section, spent almost 15 minutes with me. Making sure I got the best quality hair that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Plus they had a huge sale on virgin hair bundles 😊 even the cashiers were in a great mood. Today was a reminder why the store was always my favorite. Hopefully I can get back before the holiday sale is over and get more bundles.

Literally the only place I go to. They have everything here!!!! I’ve been to other places and they don’t always have what I need but when I come here they always have. Customer service is great as well!!
