Dr. Anya Costeloe

I had a consultation with Dr. Anya Costeloe in October of 2024 about my concerns with my face and neck. I’m 52 years young and started seeing my jowls forming as well as loose skin on my neck. She asked me what my concerns were, then gave me a couple options to choose from. I asked her what her recommendation was and she told me, I went with that since she’s the expert. I booked a deep plane face and neck lift that same day for December 11th 2024. I am now 4 weeks post op and look just like I wanted to. Youthful and about 10-15 years younger. She gave me exactly what I asked for, I wanted to look refreshed and look the age that act and feel like. Not pulled tight or fake. Recovery was very easy and I was never in pain. I had minimal bruising and swelling. She saw me the following morning after my procedure and once a week thereafter. I still have a little swelling, which is normal after 4 weeks. I can’t wait to see my final results in 2-4 weeks. Neck lift by Dr costeloe was absolutely amazing. My neck is that of a 21 year old ky down time was minimal my pain was not at all and it is just wonderful to have experienced individual focused on making us beautiful. She handles my Botox my filler and I am always always satisfied with my results!! I would highly recommend her for your beauty needs. I am very hard to please but honey Dr Costello has made me a believer!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Anya Costeloe and her staff at Bella Cosmetic Surgery Center. She performed a rhinoplasty, septoplasty and arthroplasty for me. The whole process since consultation has been patient centered and she has given me the nose I have wanted my whole life. I am a little over a month post op and I can already breath better and love how it looks! The staff and surgeon have accommodated my sometimes hard to plan with schedule to make sure I am seen when needed. The recovery process has been closely monitored by Dr. Costeloe herself and this has given me so much comfort to ask any question I have. This surgeon is very focused and really listens to what you want and your concerns. This picture is only three weeks after surgery. A rhinoplasty can take up to 1 year to show full results. I recently saw Dr. Costeloe for under-eye fillers. She did such an amazing job! She is extremely kind and caring and she also gave me a great result. This was my first time receiving a facial filler and she made me feel very comfortable. She even called me after the procedure to make sure I was happy with the result! I couldn't have asked for better care. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in cosmetic and/or facial plastic procedures.

Dr. Costeloe was absolutely fantastic! I saw her for my first lip filler procedure and was stunned by the results. My lips are full, yet natural and tasteful.
