My review is based only on my consultation experience. One, when I entered there was no one to greet me at the front desk AND I could hear the details of another person's consultation because the office they were meeting in, the door was wide open. It instantly put me on alert as any medical procedure and associated communication should be confidential, if nothing more than to care about the vulnerability of the client. Once someone finally checked me in, there was another client who also entered the office, and for some reason the employee asked US who was first as if both of our appointments were at the same time. I'm not sure, but that question felt odd. Third, I left the consultation without absolutely zero documentation or paperwork. I guess I was supposed to bring my own recording device or recall the technical names of all the suggested procedures, the details of the actual procedures with varying follow-up, and all the pricing.

Please read this BEFORE you decide to use Lexington Plastic Surgery for any procedure!!! I had a consultation in Fall of 2023 for a keloid removal. It's done virtually only by what they call a "consultant or representative of the company". This person is NOT the doctor or nurse doing your procedure. Regardless, I felt comfortable enough with the consultation to proceed with scheduling my keloid because social media and their website will have you thinking they are the best. During the consultation they stated the procedure has a 95% rate of the keloid not returning due to their "methods" of aftercare such as laser treatments and steroid injections and follow up appointments throughout a year period that is ALL INCLUDED IN THE SURGERY PRICE. That's what Dr. Jones proudly states on his website and when you call the practice number. The surgery went well but after my surgery is where the unacceptable, unprofessional, and lack of responsibility for my care started. Immediately after my surgery which began at 830am, I was sent to another floor for my first follow up laser treatment. I had to wait 2 whole hours to be seen by the laser tech!! I was in a ton of pain from the surgery and couldn't believe that they didn't take me immediately considering I was schedule for my procedure that day. It was painful and irresponsible medical care. That was my first sign of the deplorable service and after are at this business. Next, I was told I had to schedule follow up treatments in intervals so that they could monitor if the keloid was starting to return and if so slow down the growth of it. I proceeded to schedule a few appointments. One day prior to my follow up after care appointment at the Oxon Hill Location, I received a confirmation text for my appointment. But showed up the for the appointment for the office to be completely CLOSED!!! I couldn't believe a "reputable" surgery and medical practice would be completely closed on a day of a scheduled appointment they reminded me to come to! This happened twice since my surgery. You read that correctly. 2 times the office has not be available for my scheduled appointment for after care. The only number they have is a call center which has repeatedly "fielded" my calls to speak to management and the medical team and yet no one has called me back. The company states the success rate is largely due to the aftercare you receive and yet they don't provide it efficiently or professionally. My keloid is starting to return and the can't even have nurses or medical professionals available to respond. Medical care doesn't stop when the surgeon walks out the surgery room. This places lacks business operations, proper medical care staff, and leadership/CEO that cares about patients!! I paid for both the surgery and aftercare and have not received it.

All staff members at the clinic were nice and professional. I was well informed of the procedures and Ronni was extremely friendly and professional who took anxiety out of me and assisted me with financing the out of pocket medical expenses promptly. It was smooth transaction and most of all, she really understood what I had been gone through with my medical condition. I am grateful that my doctor referred me to the right medical facility where it can take care of me with the effective medical techniques and treatments. I am so relieved of stress knowing that I am in good hands.

Literally the best plastic surgeons I met all I did was search up keloid plastic surgery and it brought me to Lexington I’ve been looking for the right place every other place I went to for my keloids was just giving me injections and nothing would happen here they actually do the surgery and radiation and they’re so nice and amazing people please work with them I’ve met cool people here doctor jones is an amazing surgeon please I’m telling you if you’re suffering with Keloids go to them
