**Update** I take my review back about NP Tammy Gardell. She declined my refills on my medication right after writing this review and finding out that I had a new Primary Care.. I hadn't even started with my new primary care yet and she decided to decline them tell me I can't just buy over the counter. I know I can buy vitamins but I didn't realize that I could buy my blood pressure medication over the counter. 🤷‍♀️ I really didn't want to write this review but it's all or nothing at this point. If there was an option to rate NP Tammy Gardell versus the Office this review would be completely different. I have to give NP Tammy Gardell a 5-Star because she's kind, she listens and she addresses all of my needs. She's helped me a lot over the course of the years that I've been with her. But.. if I could give 0 stars to her staff and not this 1 star, it would be most accurate. Her staff does not answer the phone. I've been in office physically and have literally watched her staff not answer the phone while it's ringing. I will call and always get voicemail and when I leave a voicemail, I typically get a call back in 48 hours if I'm lucky or, none at all. I asked for a simple refill on my medication and was told I was all set but that couldn't be further from the truth, there's so no refill on my meds and they are important to take daily. I've thankfully found another doctor which I will be going to see in a week or two, which is sad because I really do love Tammy, but her staff needs to be replaced with people who actually want to work and do their jobs by simply answering the phones and returning voicemails.

Incredibly compassionate, I cannot relate to any of these negative reviews. Tammy Gardell has been my primary care provider for the past three years, and I cannot say enough good things about her! She consistently goes above and beyond to provide thorough, compassionate care. Tammy takes the time to listen to my concerns and always explains things clearly, ensuring I feel confident and informed about my health. Her attention to detail and genuine dedication to her patients’ well-being are truly remarkable. I always leave her office feeling cared for and supported.

I followed Tammy from her previous practice. Why? Because she's that good. She's a very good listener. Tammy uses her laptop during my visits, effectively collecting data, thinking, researching, and collaborating all of my info to conclude how I'm doing, what needs to be done, med changes, referrals needed, etc., etc. I feel confident under Tammy's care. She's the best!

Okay if you're looking for a checkup, otherwise they are completely dismissive if it's obvious you need a referral. Also, I asked Tammy Gardell for a referral so I could discuss my reproductive options and she told me I should "vote about it" and refused any referrals. Definitely not a clinician that has their patients best interests in mind, puts politics over patients.

Looking for a new doctor they never want to help me with pain with anything I need I was in a bad accident and the hospital said follow up with Tammy so I can see a chiropractor they said I gotta call the ins for a doctor it’s ridiculous! I have labs or tests done and they never call me I always have to call over and over to find info out it’s sickening! I called to make an appointment after my accident because I need a referral for a mri and was told they kicked me out of their practice for writing this review! So unprofessional and ignorant! I still don’t have or can’t find a doctor and I’m left without my medications they haven’t refilled nothing.. This is so wrong! I’ve complained for years about pains and issues and they brushed it off, I went to the chiropractor and in 10 min he found so many things wrong with me 😡 they do the bare minimum or rule out important things without doing testing! I said my anxiety was getting worse and the meds weren’t working and she just upped the dose and now I have the affects of shaking non stop to the point I cannot function because the meds make you like that and they treat bipolar even though I have anxiety and depression and now I’m so much worse and have horrible mood swings or gave me meds that had horrible side affects and I was not gonna risk taking them!
