I had a great Deluxe facial with lip treatment with Megan, and it was heavenly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. Megan was incredibly knowledgeable and tailored the facial to meet my skin's specific needs. I can't recommend Megan and the Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center enough. I will be returning for another one soon!

I was a loyal client at Procerus and trusted Dr. Kathleen to never do too much and always give a natural look for a reasonable price. The new provider I saw talked me in to more than TWICE the treatment I was comfortable with for 4 times the price, and then misplaced the injections so one of my eyelids dropped and it now very asymmetric. The only solutions given were to either wait for it to fade or pay more for more toxin. I will not be back and I would encourage others to think twice before trying this business under the new ownership. The worst part of it all was actually the rudeness of the staff provider- I was very polite and clear about my concerns and I was met with exasperation, impatience, and several condescending explanations that were unhelpful.

I received IPL today, and Kayla was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and professional. I will be back again, soon.
