I was promptly placed in a room after arrival. Bernice made sure I was comfortable before , during and after the procedure and explained each step of procedure, as well as the aftercare so I knew what to expect. I never felt rushed by either Erin or Bernice. They were patient and encouraging toward me and make a great team!

I have been going to Forefront Dermatology for a very long time. I just recently had a terrible experience and would not recommend this office to anyone. I've been trying to get a prescription filled that my insurance didn't cover and the office never returned my phone calls (to try and get a replacement prescription that my insurance would cover). I've called five times now over two weeks. My last call no one could explain why my phone calls hadn't been returned after the front office had promised me a call back multiple times. I have eczema that is itchy to the point that it is keeping me up at night. Ten days after my appointment and I still have no solution or prescription. Quality patient care does not seem to be a priority at this office. Very frustrated and no one at this office seemed to genuinely care. Very unhappy and dissatisfied patient that will be finding a new dermatologist.

Fantastic experience from check-in to check out. Super friendly staff at the desk, nurse and doctor. Extremely prompt with appointment timelines, doctor explained and educated me on exam, what to look for when doing self exams and what to expect from procedure that day and recovery. Highly recommend.

It’s usually easy to get in to the office within a couple of weeks. Kind, professional. I think they could do a more thorough job on the skin check. Overall, I recommend.

You would almost always earn a 5. Great service and staff but yesterday (for really the first time maybe ever), they were 1 and 1/2 hours late getting me into my appointment. That’s too long, sorry.
