Always a great experience, Angelee is so friendly, and very knowledgeable of procedures and answers any questions I may have. I never feel rushed through my appointment she makes sure you feel comfortable at all times. Carmen and Michael are also always friendly and accommodating. They all make my visits enjoyable!

I went to receive a introductory treatment. The rep Noah was absolutely wonderful. He was patience and explain everything to me. I decided to purchase both machines and I can offer the service to my clients since I'm license cosmotogist. Thank You for your expertise.

I’m deeply disappointed in my results. I was there on Friday. I received the hydra facial and cryo- I was charged $300. I came in with blotchy patches a lot of dry skin, some irritation, brown spots, and while I did think that the employee was nurturing as she was doing the procedure I felt after a couple of hours that my skin dried, and if I wash my face with soap and forgot to moisturize I have never ever written anything negative for service. It’s been performed on me, but after calling to discuss the situation, there was no remedy to offer something for me once again I’m not like that, but it is a lot of money. I’m feeling sad. 😔

Please see my review before scheduling with this spa and reconsider your choices. My experience at this business was extremely disappointing. I visited the 17370 Hall Rd location on July 30, 2024, to try the Cryo service they offer. The sales woman and her Boss "the owner" discussed my options with me and she sold me a deal for both the Cryo Body and EMS Body – 5 sessions each for $1,689.95. The deal seemed amazing at first, but things quickly went downhill. Shortly after I signed up, I was informed that they had moved to a new location in Clinton Township which was never mentioned during my visit. This is a far drive for me but I figured it would be worth the gas if it was a good service. When I called to schedule my first appointment, I was told about the new location, unbeknownst to me this would be just the beginning of my issues with this company. My first session was supposed to be for Cryo Body, but the technician, JoMarie, started talking about the EMS Body machine halfway through the session. She then started to complain that she should've scheduled the session as two separate appointments because it was a lot of work and made it seem like she was annoyed that she would have to work on me for so long. I was really shocked by her unprofessional attitude and complaints to me, her customer. She started working on me and things got even worse. In the middle of the session, she was called to help a coworker with a wire for the EMS machine in another room. Turns out, they only had one EMS machine, and she had to swap out a cord with the coworker. Not long after, I smelled something burning, and expressed my concern to the technician JoMarie. She rushed out of the room to deal with it while she left me alone in the room for an extensive amount of time. When she returned, she was clearly trying to make up for the situation. At that point, I was so uncomfortable that I told her I didn't want to continue with the EMS machine at all, especially if it's catching on fire like that and I asked her if I could just get a refund. She sent me to her Manager. When I spoke to the Manager about getting a refund, he denied it, claiming it was against their policy. He tried to convince me that nothing like that would happen again, but I was already frustrated and frankly didn't believe him. After that, I kept my service but JoMarie kept rescheduling my appointments, citing personal issues, and eventually tried to pass me off to a different coworker. She had overpromised on what she could not deliver, and now she couldn’t follow through. I’ve tried reaching out to the Manager multiple times, but no one has contacted me to resolve this. JoMarie reads my texts messages but doesn’t respond, and it’s been impossible to get any follow-up. Overall, this has been the worst spa I have ever visited in my life and a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Integrity and quality is not what you will find at this place. Spend your money elsewhere.i am yet to receive a refund or any kind of attention to this matter

JoMarie did a beautiful and she was very patient. I got so relaxed I feel asleep. I loved the results. My face was glowing after the 1st treatment.
