Dr. Shauna R. Diggs, MD — Cosmedic Dermatology

I've been going to Dr. Diggs for years and my most recent visit was one of the worst experiences I've had with her. My doctor's visit felt more of an interrogation. I was super uncomfortable to the point where I couldn't even look at her or speak anymore. She even looked at her student doctor and laughed at me after I responded to her question. I will never go back to Dr. Diggs office and mentioned to all my family and friends that go to her about this horrible experience I had.

Zero Stars. Called to schedule an appointment. Spoke with Jessica and Dawn. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and no one returned. I hung up and called back to get the receptionist's names. Due to their rudeness and lack of professionalism and some of the negative reviews I read; I will not be scheduling an appointment at this office.

When i first went there i thought the staff was great i thought Dr Diggs was great, a year or two later, I got squamous cell cancer and i hade to call and cancel my appointment cuz i would be going on the hospital that day for a biopsy on the lymph nodes in my chest. Not a return phone call nothing That was extremely sad and hurtful like she could care a less. Shame on her. When i am better i will definitely find a more compassionate dermatologist

I like Dr. Diggs, she has been kind and helpful and it’s a joy going to see her. Two qualms: billing and timing. I’ve gone in and waited 45+ to see her (appt). There’s a financial policy that they charge you a fee to request payment. I do not leave a credit card on file just so I can be careful what card I am charging, but I always pay requested payment during service. I paid my copay at my visit and there was an issue with my insurance so I had an additional bill to pay. They sent the bill and included a fee for generating and mailing me the bill because I don’t have a card they can automatically charge on file. I think that is questionable. I wasn’t notified in any other way that a bill was due (so I could avoid the additional fee). I understand it costs to mail bills but there might be better ways to manage this policy.

Dr Shana Diggs has been a phenomenal dermatologist. For my skin care her office and staff has been nothing but top shelf. How recommend family and friends? My skins Radiant I love my skin care She's highly recommended in my book ...
