Before you go in, make a list of all the questions you want to ask. I did not ask: does it hurt? do you put something to numb the area befrore the injections? will there be a bruise? will there be a scar? I found out: yes, it hurts and I have felt pain before (delivered my babies, had a root canal, had abdominal surgery) ... and 'filler' hurts. And, no, they do not numb the area and I couldn't believe the pain. Yes, there will be a bruising but that will go away 'in a little while'. And, yes, it will leave a scar that you will have for who knows how long. I didn't ask these questions and regret ever having this procedure done. It wasn't worth it. I have a scar right between my eyebrows that is so obvious. Ask all the questions you can think of before you go in. I can not give them one star. Not one. Oh, I see, you have to rate at least one star or you cannot post. Clever.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lipinski for over 15 years, and she’s incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt rushed during my appointments, and she always takes the time to explain why a particular course of action is the best option. She’s truly a gem.

Dr. Balle and staff are exceptional! The quality of care, attention to detail, honesty, and transparency is top notch. I have tried other dermatologists but none have the experience, accolades, bedside manner, and care of Dr. Balle. I have used him for chemical peels, lasers, Botox, filler, sculpture, etc and would never recommend anyone but Dr. Balle.
