Dr. Plymel is a compassionate person. She is a good listener and evaluator of medical symptoms. She continues to stay up to date and expand her medical knowledge in many directions to best solve patients root cause health conditions. I appreciate her passion and dedication for my healthcare needs.

Dr. Plymel has gone above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of my health issues. She is so kind and knowledgeable. She truly cares about your health and wants to get to the root cause. I am forever thankful for everything she has done for me over the last few months and can't wait to see what all she does for me in the coming months. I also can't go without saying Traci has been amazing at helping schedule our zoom meetings. She is very organized and professional!

I was so happy Dr Karen was able to take me on as a patient. I had worked with a different functional doctor but hit a plateau because they weren't an MD. Dr Karen reviewed all my previous testing and got me to do a test I had never done and found the root cause of my trouble. Dr Karen is so patient and knowledgeable and really wants to help me find solutions. Tracy was awesome explaining how everything would work and set me up on there portal to be able to read the doctors notes and load anything directly to it. I'm so happy I found them and excited to see improvement with my health and hormone concerns.

Dr. Plymel is the absolute best. She takes time to get to know her patients, and she spends the time necessary to go over each patients health history and concerns. She keeps up on all of the latest medical advances, and has an abundance of knowledge in her field. I feel very lucky to have a doctor that knows me and cares about my health. Traci, in the office, is super organized and helpful as well. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pylmel and Elevevate Health to anybody who wants to live a long, healthy life!

I feel that Dr Plymel has my best interest in mind as she plans my treatment and care. I also feel she is very knowledgeable and can help me become better prepared to handle the health challenges I am facing. She is great!
