I visited Afzal Clinic on November 11th during a promotional period and purchased 36 units of Botox for $360. My main concern was the lines on my forehead, and during my visit, they assured me that I would see results within two weeks. They also mentioned that if I didn’t see the results, I could contact them for touch-ups. After waiting the recommended two weeks (November 25), I called to let them know I saw no difference—my forehead looked the same as before the treatment. I was eventually able to get an appointment on December 18 to address the issue. When I explained the situation during the follow-up visit, they told me I need more units of Botox. When I asked if I would have to pay for this additional treatment, they said yes, despite the fact that I had already spent $360. Furthermore, when I asked if I could purchase additional units at the promotional price I originally paid, they refused, stating that the current price was $13 per unit. This experience was extremely disappointing. I feel like I wasted $360 and received no results. On top of that, their unwillingness to honor the original promotional price or provide any resolution demonstrates very poor customer service. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. While the initial experience may have been fine, I believe the true measure of a business is how they handle issues when they arise. It’s one thing to provide good service when things are going well, but it’s even more important to show care and responsibility when a customer has an issue!

Shopped around a bit before finding this clinic and love the staff, love the great guidance, and the professional atmosphere. Overall always a great experience. Found my place.

I had a wonderful experience at Afzal Clinic. Meghan did a great job on my exfoliation and hydro facial. She took the time to explain every step and answered all my questions. My skin feels amazing today. Caitlyn was so pleasant when scheduling me and checking me out. Definitely recommend!

Excellent communication and helpful with clear answers. Had my veins done and absolutely loved the quality of the service and follow-up. The ongoing relationship with this medical clinic and the staff has been wonderful. Highly recommend!
