Not a bad experience… They did their jobs and everything went smoothly. Just wish my physical could have been a dot physical as well. I should have asked if my doctor did dot physicals before my appointment but forgot to.

We absolutely LOVE Emily Walker. Our entire family sees her for our PCP. She is always prompt and supportive as well as listening to concerns and works with you to make a plan that works for whatever your needs are at the time. I also can’t say enough about the staff at the location and always walking into smiling faces where they know me. She was able to find heart issues I had that other providers for years never knew I had. She immediately started the process to get me in with the specialists I needed and always works closely with me and all my specialists to be sure I’m getting the proper care. Four years later, she is a vital part of my medical team. I can not recommend her enough!

My first experience from St.Michaels clinic including all staff: front desk, doctors and nurses whom I met was excellent and I willnot changed my opinion aboutclinic! But my main complaint about scheduling. I don't know what kind if moron came with a multiple-steps way to make a appointment with a doctor, including a virtual assistant? You have say you last name several times which makes people very irritable and when they finally connect you with a live person, the patient is already irritated. And why does the scheduler give me advice on where I have to go and what to do. When I already explaned several times to scheduler what is wrong with me and that I need just make appointment with the doctor. I do not ask the scheduler what I should do in my case. Very horrible experience twice.

The receptionist very kind,my nurse was also kind friendly,helpful.Dr Peterson was so caring and listened, and check my lungs, checked ears, throat,very professional and I didn't feel like I was being rushed to leave. He's a very caring Dr who sincerely cares and listens to you.I asked questions and was able to feel like I found the Dr. I want for my care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Josh and his nurse Karen. Very kind, friendly and listened to my concerns. I will definitely be back to see them.
