I went to Dr. Pavlov to get a breast lift with implants & Chin liposuction. From the moment I woke up from surgery I knew something was wrong. They couldn’t stop my bleeding ended up having to go to the ER that night . Went back in a few weeks for her to take the stitches out she couldn’t find one. I found it poking out two weeks later I called the office . It Seemed like the front desk lady didn’t believe me until I came in. She took them out now I have A Lifted scar on the bottom of my left nipple. She offered me a free scar revision for under my breast and the nipples, also To make my nipples smaller and make them even. Six months goes by because they can’t do scar vision Until then. At this point, she’s trying to convince me that Everything is fine and now she’s only agreeing to do the scar revision under my breast and move my left nipple up a little bit. I set up the surgery appointment. Something tells me to get a second opinion. I go to a Breast surgeon on the coast that’s been in the business over 30 years he tells me (By looking at my previous pictures before surgery and what I look like now) That I had TUBULAR BREAST SYNDROME if I would’ve known that it would have been covered by insurance…. And I would’ve always known that I was gonna need a second surgery a scar revision would’ve done nothing…. She recommended me 400cc in my left breast & 415cc in my right ! Funny enough they’re still uneven. All I wanted was a size C I’m barely a B. I don’t know about y’all but spending 10K on my breasts And they still look wonky Is very sad and depressing. I know when you read your paperwork, it says results may vary BUT She said the scars under my breast we’re gonna be about 2 inches. They’re 4 inches plus on each breast . My nipples look like they should belong on a watermelon . She also said she used the Nipple tool to make sure they were even but that’s not the case. Information from the doctor, I got a second opinion from * She should’ve went as big as she could with implants *(I still don’t have that Middle cleavage that most women have) I needed a fat transfer * The biggest one was, she had to inform me that I had tubular breast syndrome, and she never mentioned it at all!!! That changes a lot of things * The lift wasn’t done properly. I’m going to need another one. * I had bigger breasts that were very saggy. My nipples were basically facing down So she should’ve moved them up more and cut more off since I have smaller breast I’ve had lots of surgeries in my past, but this is the first cosmetic surgery. Please look at her work from other people when I was still trusting her at the second appointment we were talking about how I also wanted to add labioplasty she showed me A picture of another woman that she did the procedure to and I thought she was physically showing me the same picture and she clicked off the iPad very fast… if you decide to go to her, make sure you get before and after pictures find out the fatality rate . don’t be scared to get a second opinion I don’t know if this part is funnier crazy but when we were talking about scar vision and I added the Lipo plasty, she said at that point I would have to be put under, but if I didn’t do the Lipo plasty, I wouldn’t have to be so the surgery cost went from 700 to 2100 & even though I was just going to do the scar revision, I still had to be put under. Not a big deal if it’s done correctly, but there were too many Inconsistencies for me to trust that everything would’ve turned out alright . She did do a good job on my face

Dr. Anna Pavlov is absolutely amazing!!! I could not recommend her enough!! I went to her after loosing over 100lbs! I had a Tummy Tuck, Muscle Repair, Lipo, breast lift and augmentation! I was very nervous about the surgery, she was very informative, professional, kind and walked me through everything! I had my surgery on July 12th and now 3 month later, my healing is amazing, my scars look so great! My belly button which I was nervous about looks better than I could have imagined! At each of my post op appointments, she answered all my questions and was so encouraging about my journey! I listened to all her post op instructions and followed them to a T and couldn’t be happier with my results!! Below is a photo of me the day of surgery and a month or so after!! Dr. Pavlov did my wife’s wrist surgery today after she injured it cutting an avocado… and wow! Amazing doctor. Excellent bedside manner. Just overall GREAT. We highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Pavlov is a great resource for women on the MS Gulf Coast seeking cosmetic surgery. She is easy to talk to, thorough in explaining outcomes and expectations, and very meticulous with her work. My surgery was in February and she is still available to me for any questions or concerns that I have. Her beside manner is top notch!
