Dr. Richardson and his staff are amazing. I fought a major infection and he stuck by my side the entire time. He truly cares about his patients. I would have given him 4/5 stars because I could have avoided the infection if he would have listened to my history when I asked for more medication. However, once he was on board, he really ensured I was ok. I will forever be thankful for him and his staff.

I am 2 weeks post op breast reduction and lift . I love my results healing and pain was very minimal. Dr Richardson was very informative of what to expect he went a little fast but still able to grasp the information. Staff are great could use a few more smiling faces and humor in the office however I was more more impressed with the outpatient surgery center. They made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end.

Dr Richardson is a true artist of his profession. He does phenomenal work and a marvelous plastic surgeon. I feel confident and relaxed in his care. He has performed several procedures on me to include reconstruction after mastectomy. All my outcomes were positive. His staff and their customer service is suburb. Wait time is literally only a few minutes. I actually feel right at home.

The staff has a way of making you feel welcome and comfortable from your first visit. Dr. Richardson is extremely intelligent, skilled and takes an interest in his patients and is realistic in all outcomes of planned procedures. Dr.Richardsons work is of the highest quality. Dr.Richardson is professional in his approach and bedside manner. I have been a patient of his for 17 years and I would highly recommend him and his staff for reconstructive or elective plastic surgery. You will be very pleased with your experience from start to finish.
