St. Louis Dermatology Center

The receptionist was extremely nice! However my issue was the wait time I experienced. I waited for almost 30 minutes until someone finally came in the room to let me know that the doctor was held up with a procedure.

NEVER GOING BACK!! The office staff is nice and friendly but I am only giving 1 star. The first issue I have the parking, the garage charges and the office doesn't even give you a punch on the parking receipt. It is hard to find metered parking and then you have to make sure you have enough change for the meter but you are able to use a credit card. My next issue is this office is way too expensive. They charge for everything and claimed I missed an appointment for my son which I know I didn't make. They always send a follow up text or email for appointments but how did they miss that one. Then they had me purchase $100.00 cream which was sunscreen and now my FSA card wants that money back because it not a medical need( so why have me purchase it) I and my son will not be going back to this office. They should be more upfront about the cost of every thing and give that knowledge to their patients. On top of all that their communication is terrible, I was suppose to receive a call from a manager and it has been two weeks. NOTHING. And when you call you don't get the actual office but a dang on call center. I am highly annoyed and would not recommend. I was excited to find an African American Dermatologist for my son and myself but only saw her once and saw her other doctor who was of a different race. I wanted someone who knew about our skin and could relate. But we didn't get that experience.

The staff was very nice and the Doctor listened and gave me options for my treatment. I'll definitely be coming back.

I’m beyond happy with the service I got from St. Louis Dermatology Center. I’ve had a skin problem for three months. I called them on Friday and they got me in the next Monday. Everyone was very kind. I really appreciate them getting me in so quickly just A great practice. The nurse practitioner I saw Rachel Heet was very informative and kind. Everyone I met was very helpful. I’m grateful. Thank you

My visit was thorough as Dr "O" provided answers to questions that I had and reviewed my progress since the last visit. I especially appreciate that the office has in stock medicines/products she recommends b/c it saves me an extra trip to the pharmacy.
