They are on time with their appointments which I find important, also take the time to talk to me ask me questions and have been so helpful. I used to have a terrible dark pigmentation deep inside my skin due to my autoimmune disease. And they recommended this light treatment and offered me a discount since it’s not covered by insurance. And it worked. I feel like myself again. This office has been great to me.

Monarch Dermatology has served me very well. They serve their patients in a timely and professional fashion. Dr. B is very caring and a wonderful listener. She is also smart enough to be patient in making diagnosis. I am very fortunate to be a patient in this practice.

I felt rushed during my appointment, and Dr. Bhatnagar's bedside manner was lacking. When I asked for clarification, I was met with 'as I said,' which came across as dismissive. Patients ask questions to understand, not to be brushed off. UPDATE 2/27 - I am updating my review as the doctor personally reached out to see if she could address any of my concerns. I appreciate the effort she took to call and provide clarification—it was a thoughtful gesture.

Very professional, extremely accurate, and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone there is so very, very nice and exceptionally caring. I cannot say enough about this practice. I know my family goes there, and I have other friends that go there as well. I highly recommend this practice. You will be so thankful that you went!

I had a similar experience to most. Very quick appointment the doctor barely looked at my problem and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was reluctant to ask further questions and left very unsatisfied. The exam/discussion time was not thorough at all. UPDATE: The doctor called me personally to discuss my dissatisfaction, which I appreciate. However, I work in Quality Control/Assurance & Efficiency and can't help but point out that the extra time spent calling me and writing a response to my review could have been better spent in the exam room. There is no denying her education and qualifications, she just needs better bedside manner in my opinion. I will upgrade my review because at least she called me herself.
