Resilience Med Spa

I conducted extensive research to find a place to help with my stomach issues and came across Resilience Med Spa. After a conversation with the owner, I felt confident that I would see results, and I did! I am very happy with the outcome. One of the technicians, Pierre, was exceptionally caring and attentive, advising me to follow Nurse Kay's instructions closely. I am thrilled with my results and highly encourage others to visit Resilience Med Spa!

This is my first Google review and hopefully my last. My experience of this place was horrific. They wouldn't tell me their availability until I purchased a package and then informed me they had no availability for over a week. It's either a disorganized mess or a fraud. I encourage you to go elsewhere.

I've been going to resilience med spa for a few weeks, great experience, great staff, awesome progress. Some stated the building is closed on Saturday's and the staff is rude..., that's false the building is open, you have to call for someone to come down and get you,,,, which takes less that 2min,,, patience is a virtue. I will continue my journey with resilience and recommend them to anyone looking for a change with great staffing. Melissa has been an excellent, very polite. Great place to get your body snatched ;)

I am reading the reviews and wonder if most of them were written by someone who is related to the owner or employees of the spa. Please do not waste your monies! Firstly - their treatments don’t work - I take care of myself really well - work out and eat well and in general - in good shape . I wanted to get just a bit of toning and saw no results after 3 treatments. In addition - the employees of the spa are rude , they are only open on Fridays and Saturday’s , they require you to phone them from downstairs when you arrive so they can let you into the building but no one picks up the phone , they do not check voicemail , they make you wait for half an hour and are disrespectful to your time . I commuted from Manhattan for my appointment , waited for 27 minutes to be let into the building, left them messages , texted them and no one showed up - I will be reporting to Them on any possible sites .

I had a wonderful experience the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming including the staff.the young lady who serviced me was awesome she said I was a mood we kept talking bout food she is so funny I like her ,what sweet heart.
