Tried starting therapy here. Had issues right out of the gate trying to get refills. When trying to reach them and leaving messages for 2 days they will call back without any sympathy and cover up for each other. Acting like no big deal without meds. Im sorry but for a behaviorial healthj place like this, it is totally wrong to put anybody waiting on serious medications with there health. They never had any sorry and totally disregarded anything towards me. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is in need of care who would put trust in other people who dont give a damn. I thought Samaritan was bad but this place might rank of there just as bad
My therapist this far beyond amazing. I know people know how hard it truly is finding a therapist and a doctor for your meds. I was referred here by my primary and at first everything was great then my med doctor said something she prob regrets saying and I get “punished” for her mess up and they refuse to let me see a new doctor for meds so I’m back with my primary. Her names Chelsea Ashcroft I don’t recommend her myself personally she has a very judgmental side and doesn’t want to take accountability for it. Now their policy is to be here for the patients and provide service for us where we need help… pushing a patient backwards in her mental health becuase she messed up and shouldn’t of said what she did not ok to me. So again don’t recommend her myself but whatever floats yalls boats
If you are coming here to see Caleb Richter, please don’t. I’ve seen multiple different doctors for myself, my spouse, and accompanying other family members to their appointments, and he is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Caleb shows little concern for his patients, won’t inform you if he cancels your medication, makes backhanded comments that are clearly meant to belittle his patient, attempts to gaslight you into believing certain conversations never happened. If you’re trying to get medication for anxiety that you’ve been prescribed previously, good luck cause I guess all you really need is a little “positive thinking.” Or maybe you just “don’t know the difference between nervousness and anxiety.” If you’re looking for actual help, you won’t get it from Caleb Richter.
Being discharged because I missed 2 appointments in a row due to snow days for my kids might make me bias, but I’d look elsewhere for help. Oh and as they recommended, I did contact my PCM and he will no longer recommend your clinic either.
Worst behavioral heath team I have ever seen. I had a panic attack on Dr Caleb, one time and he dropped me. I thought they supposed to help people not have panic, and anxiety Attacks. Nope they just drop u like a bad habit. The counselors don't stand up for your medical needs. Both Dr's and Counselors do not stand up for their patients needs. Some one needs to read the patients bill of rights.
