I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the treatment I received from Dr. Lotika Singh. I visited her office seeking a specific medication that I knew worked for my skin condition, and I made it very clear that no other medication had been effective for me. Despite this, Dr. Singh refused to prescribe the medication I requested, insisting on alternatives that I knew would not work. As a result, my skin has significantly worsened, and I am now experiencing severe breakouts that have left me feeling extremely self-conscious and distressed. I cannot even look at myself in the mirror because of the way my face looks, and I've noticed that people at work are avoiding eye contact with me due to my appearance. This has caused me considerable emotional pain and anxiety. It took months of waiting to finally receive the medication I needed from Dr. Elizabeth Munnie, who was kind enough to understand my concerns and prescribe the treatment that worked for me. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Munnie for listening to my needs, but I cannot help but feel angry and hurt by Dr. Singh's refusal to do the same. I truly believe that patients should have a say in their treatment, and that the doctor-patient relationship is built on trust and collaboration. In this instance, Dr. Singh's refusal to provide the necessary care has led to a worsening of my condition, and I feel that she failed in her duty to provide appropriate treatment. Therefore, I respectfully request that Dr. Lotika Singh's conduct be reviewed, and that appropriate action be taken, which may include her termination. The customer is always right, and in this case, I was not only right, but I also endured unnecessary harm as a result of Dr. Singh's refusal to listen to my concerns. I hope this message is taken seriously, as it comes from a place of deep frustration and disappointment. I would greatly appreciate a response regarding the actions that will be taken in light of my complaint.

He’s just never, ever on time. You’ll wait for your turn during the day and you’ll wait if you are the first appointment because he shows up when he wants to come to his office. SHAME ON YOU. Highly unrecomended.

Im a new patient. Dr Daly saw me personally and was friendly, efficient, and didnt rush me out. His assistants were also very pleasant. My prior Derm never seen me personally. It was always a 20 year old PA with no experience. I understand we all start somewhere but I prefer to have a doctor with experience who can answer questions and make me feel confident the treatment was proper.

Been going to Dr Daly for many years maybe 15 or more. Very happy with services ….. the office staff is outstanding. !!! Faye /Sharon are the most caring office managers …. Always a smile … friendly…. And kind!!! As of the rest of the staff! Thank you for always being there for me!!! I would totally recommend dr Daly and his staff as well. 5 stars from me!!!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Daly’s practice for over 10 years and I have been treated by him and two other Physicians who have all done their best to give me the best possible treatment for whatever issues I had including hair loss, keratosis, eczema, blemishes and more. The nurses and assistants are exceptionally friendly and professional. I have been seen in the middle of the pandemic in the most expedient, safe and courteous way by Dr. Daly and his staff. I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed. Dr. Daly has gone above and beyond for me by taking the time to do extra research on my ailments and by constantly pursuing the best, effective treatments for me, not to mention giving me costly medications for free on more than one occasion. Dr. Daly always makes me feel comfortable, he makes me laugh and makes me feel that he truly cares about my progress. If and when I need a prescription refill, I can call and leave a message on the Nurses line and it gets done in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to treat with him and I highly recommend his Practice.
