Angie did my micro needling and was excellent! Another tech had thoroughly applied the numbing cream and they waited a full thirty minutes to make sure I was good and numb. It barely hurt for just a second or two in a couple of problem places where I had asked her to go deeper, but the treatment was superb. I love that it inspires my body’s own natural plumping and healing agents. I was nervous about it and everyone at DermaBlue put me at ease. I’m grateful for this experience and will return for another treatment when I need a refresh. Thanks, DermaBlue!

I had a questionable spot that I needed to be looked at. When calling in to get an appointment, I was told there was nothing until almost 2 months later. After multiple correspondences with Toni, she was able to not only get me on a cancellation list but then got me in the very next day! She was so wonderful in her communication. I went in to have some spots checked and both the doctor and nurse were very gentle and patient, zapping off some things and giving me options to either zap or dig for biopsy for others. The communication from the office in how to follow up regarding results has been great.

Such a calming experience! It was my very first time for lip filler! Of course I had a little bit of the butterfly 🦋 😃 but the numbing stuff works incredible. I'm a week in and still have a little few knots here and there. This company is wonderful and the people are wonderful. I never once felt judged here or anything!

Went the end of February- it’s been right at 3 weeks since Botox and I have zero results. I live and work 1.5 hours outside of Asheville and it is very hard for me to make the trip. I had a couple of things I needed to handle today in Asheville and called DermaBlue last minute yesterday just to see if there was any chance I could be seen today. To my surprise the receptionist said apptmts w Paige were pretty open for the day, and scheduled me for 2:15. I thanked her and specifically commented that I couldn’t believe I was going to be able to be seen on such short notice. I worked until 5:30am this morning and tried to sleep a bit before dragging myself out of bed to venture over to Asheville. I strongly considered rescheduling bc I was exhausted but I pushed on as I am was already past the 2 weeks to come back for result checks. I walk in feeling glad I had stuck w my apptmt time, but turns out my apptmt was scheduled for a week from today. Paige isn’t even in the office this week. And I also had an appointment in April for filler that I’ve never considered getting. My one experience was great w the staff. But the disappointment I experienced today was a real let down. Receptionist offered to see if another nurse could work me in, but I was trying to build a connection w Paige so she could learn my face and muscles. I didn’t want to see someone difft. So I left and had a good moment of dissatisfaction and realized this is such first world problems….. get over it Still tho, get your schedulers on point. This was a silly mistake that wasted my time and now my money since I can’t have the follow up opportunity to show how ineffective the first visit was.
