From the front desk people, to the physicians who are experts at their craft and the nurses and staff who specialize in compassionate yet world class care both in and out of the office. The ease of access to patient information in addition to the ultra professional manner in which each role throughout the process makes this a well oiled machine of a medical practice without losing the delicate balance of empathetic and “human” touch that truly make any experience one of average experience or one that is life changing. HKB managed to make my full experience one that not only made me feel better physically but also emotionally. World class care and craft right here in Charlotte North Carolina!

Dr. Kleban is the best. She has taken care of 2 of my revisions and I could not have asked for better results! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manners and makes sure you have all of your questions answered at every appointment!
